We took a quick drive from LA down to San Diego, where we met with Kate Mickle, Admissions Director, MBA Programs and Laurie Sanderson, MBA Admissions and Academic Advisor at the University of San Diego School of Business Administration. Kate also happens to be a star on The MBA Tour's Youtube channel - here is a 1-minute glimpse into the San Diego MBA programs!

USD is ranked among the top 100 business schools by US News. The school is widely known for its international study abroad and internship opportunities. In fact, USD is ranked the #1 study abroad school. In addition to the benefits of a global learning experience, USD offers a personalized learning environment, where faculty "know students by name" and "ethics, corporate responsibility, and functional business practices are interwoven into the MBA experience."

After meeting with Kate and Laurie, we had a delicious lunch at La Gran Terraza - a great restaurant with a beautiful view right on campus. USD is definitely one of the nicest campuses I have ever seen! Since Peter’s daughter studied there, he took me for a quick walk through the campus to a great lookout spot:
