Peter and I made our next San Diego stop at the Rady School of Management at UC San Diego. I was once again very impressed by the beautiful campus and facilities - modern architecture designed for environmental sustainability, and well-manicured grounds characteristic of Southern California. The Rady School is located on the northwest corner of the UC San Diego campus in La Jolla, California, just a short walk to the beach!

We met with Sherry Hu, Sr. Assistant Director, and JoAnne Starr, Assistant Dean for MBA Programs at Rady (pictured below). Our beloved Margie Frazee, a long time traveler with The MBA Tour, has retired from UCSD. She will be missed!

The Rady School of Management at UC San Diego is a professional school within one of the top-ranked institutions in the U.S. for higher education and research. Rady was ranked 19th in faculty research in the Financial Times' Global MBA Rankings in 2013. The Rady School offers a Full-Time MBA program, a FlexMBA program for working professionals, a Ph.D. program, and undergraduate and executive education courses. UC San Diego's lineage includes 16 Nobel Laureates and eight MacArthur Foundation award recipients!

Why do students love Rady so much? An MBA accompanied by life on the beach certainly has its perks. But let's hear it from them!
