Her Story:

Takeover post 1/4 with #aMBAssador @carolinacfon: Hi everyone, Carolina here! I'll be taking over the @thembatour IG today and tomorrow to give you a glimpse into my post-MBA life at the Estee Lauder Companies in Toronto, Canada. I'm a 2016 graduate from the Rotman MBA program and a career switcher from Financial Services to the Cosmetics industry. Having set my sights on the industry in my first year, I pursued an internship in digital marketing at a competitor brand and eventually landed my dream job at the Estee Lauder Companies through campus recruitment. As a Presidential Management Associate, I'm part of a rotational program with the opportunity to complete several rotations in different functions. Stay tuned for more insight and tips in upcoming posts! #AfterMyMBA #TheMBATour #postMBA #dreamjob

On the Job:

Team Time

Takeover post 4/4 with #aMBAssador @carolinacfon: My favourite part about working at Estee Lauder Companies? The great people I get to spend my days with. Sometimes the best ideas are formed while socializing in our lunch room! We have a living wall where everyone is encouraged to draw on to share inspirations . A lot of learning happens when we step out of our comfort zone and just go for it. Networking can sometimes be difficult and I've realized that the networking during my MBA has helped a lot with how I communicate with others and form meaningful relationships. My education and experiences have been immensely valuable in shaping and growing my career, to say the least. Thanks for joining me on this fun takeover with #TheMBATour!
